I created The Whole Meal with a vision of educating others in mealtime preparation focusing on delicious, healthy and simple recipes. Through The Whole Meal you will find a collection of recipes that have been inspired by friends, travels and cravings as well as meals that have passed through my family for generations. Many of the recipes may be familiar to you but have been adapted to use healthy, fresh and whole food ingredients. The collection of recipes are both budget and time friendly with immense adaptability to the lifestyle of all families.
As a mother it has always been my desire to prepare the most pure and healthy foods possible for my family. I too had huge obstacles trying to overcome my “daily life” responsibilities and still prepare a healthy whole food meal for my family, but my strong belief in direct correlation between what we put in our bodies and the quality of our health motivated me to overcome these challenges.
By creating The Whole Meal I’ve taken the guesswork and stress out of preparing healthy, delicious meals. You’ll be able to prepare and serve fresh, whole foods-based meals focusing on seasonal produce, quality proteins and wholesome grains every day. Most recipes in our collection can be prepared in 30 minutes or less.
