Green Tea White Sangria
A recipe from Better Homes and Gardens inspired me to tweak a summer favorite, Sangria, to feature white wine and antioxidant-rich green tea. It's light, refreshing and the perfect entertaining go-to drink of the summer. This is a fun social way to activate your Sacral, Heart, Throat, and Third Eye Chakras so you can go with the flow, feel love for others, express yourself freely, and trust your intuition.
Ingredients
- 2 bottles white wine (I prefer Pinot Grigio)
- 2 1/2cups peach green tea
- 1/3-1/2cup agave syrup or honey
- Lime slices
- Juice of 3 limes
- 2cups sliced cantaloupe and honeydew slices
- Lots of ice
Instructions
- Combine the white wine and the following 3 ingredients (through lime juice) in a large pitcher. Taste and adjust for more sweetener if it is not sweet enough for you. Chill for at least 1 hour (I will make the night before and chill overnight). To serve: fill glasses with ice and fill with sangria. Add a couple melon slices and a lime slice.
