- 4tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 6 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1/4cup white wine
- 2 (10-ounce) cans whole baby clams, 1 can undrained
- 1teaspon sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black ground pepper
- 2tablespoon butter
- 2tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- Hot, cooked linguine or spaghetti
- Freshly grated Parmesan cheese, from the refrigerated section
- Red pepper flakes, optional
* I use Bumble Bee Premium Wild Select Fancy Baby Clams which do not have preservatives (except citric acid).
A garden salad or any green vegetable (think sauteed garlicky spinach!) would be perfect to round out this meal.
