    Recipe Notes

You could easily double the recipe and bring pot luck or serve at your next super bowl party.

A classic pairing to chicken wings is a blue cheese dip and celery sticks. Here is an easy, healthy blue cheese dip mixed together in a snap:

Combine 2 cups Greek yogurt with 8 ounces crumbled blue cheese, a pinch of salt and pepper. Place any leftover in an airtight container and refrigerate. It makes a fabulous blue cheese dressing by thinning it with a little cream or milk and adding fresh minced garlic, scallions, and fresh chopped herbs such as parsley, basil, oregano or thyme.
