- 1pound dried red beans
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 garlic clove, chopped
- 1 1/2cup celery, chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1tablespoon creole seasoning
- 2teaspoon sea salt
- 3cup cooked brown rice
- hot sauce, optional condiment
- 1 green onion, chopped, optional condiment
Condiments: hot sauce, chopped green onions(condiments will print on shopping list).
A variation on this would be to add thinly smoked chicken or turkey sausage into the mixture and cook as directed.
