I love to make this healing warm drink recipe during the cold and flu season that I found on Elephant Journal. I’ll admit that unless your kids are used to Indian food, the predominant Indian spices were not my youngest daughter’s favorite when I made this for her one day when she was home sick. I, however, enjoyed my cup of milk. We don’t experience cold weather that often here in Florida so sipping the sweet aromatic virus busting liquid was a bit luxurious for me.
